The Jungle of Karhandla is spread over 189 of square kilometres to accommodate the natural habitat
and Wildlife.. Passing through the Jungle and Wildlife Safari driven gives us a feel of adventure who
makes the trip. Getting into deep core Jungle through the forest makes you thrill among the beasts in
rough paths paved between untrimmed trees and the flora n Fauna, Jungle itself has its own beauty that
no one can describe until n unless the one who is present then n there.
Mammal species such as the Bengal tiger, Indian leopard, Indian bison, blue bull, chital, sambar
deer, barking deer, mouse deer, monkey, wild boar, sloth bear, and wild dog live here.
The reserve is home to over 19 species of reptiles belonging to nine families, of which four species are
endangered, namely, Indian cobra, Russell’s viper, Indian rock python, Indian rat snake, Chequered
keelback  and monitor lizard
